The project runsparallel to the river Bruna, along the ruinsof a wall of the old port. Thebody ofthe building "AA" is in part coincident with the old area of theabutments, whilethe body to "B" is backfrom the first to create and hold asort of open space formaintenance and cleaning hulls and sails all around the berths havebeen redistributedso as to facilitate their entryinto the sea.
The entrance ofthe main circle is different from thatgiven to the hull, two masts soar inthesquare and mark the portal. Directly opposite is theopening of the secretariat, which is useful for directcommunication with outside.
